Colloquis, Inc. has created a revolutionary new kind of online service: an interactive agent called SmarterChild™. Colloquis® interactive agents change the way you use the Internet by delivering content and services directly to your instant messaging window. In order to enhance your experience, you may voluntarily submit some information that the agent will retain. This privacy policy details what information the agent may collect from you, how it may be used and how you can delete such information or opt out of the agent's service completely.

Colloquis considers Internet user privacy to be of paramount importance. Please read the following to learn how your privacy is protected while you are using interactive agents. Also, please review the Terms Of Use for more legal details regarding your use of interactive agents.

We may update and/or modify this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes to the privacy policy will be posted on this Web site as they become available. Users of interactive agents are responsible for reviewing this privacy policy regularly. You may always view an individual agent's policy by typing "privacy policy" in a message to the agent and clicking on the link in the reply.

We strictly adhere to any security and privacy protocols established by the instant messaging and wireless communications networks that support our technology.

Information for Internal Uses
While you are using an interactive agent, certain information about you may be collected strictly for internal purposes. When you add an agent to your instant messenger contact list or first send an agent a message, you automatically provide the agent with your instant messaging screen name. The agent does not collect your e-mail address, your first or last name, or any other personally identifiable information. To enhance your experience with an interactive agent, you may choose to customize its services by giving additional personal information. This information is saved in a profile under your screen name and allows the agent to answer your questions in the most accurate and efficient manner possible. You will never be required to provide such additional information, and even after you have provided it, you can always opt out of receiving custom services by telling the agent to delete your information.

Colloquis may track and analyze non-identifying aggregate usage and statistical usage volume information from users and provide such information to third parties. For example, based on service usage or expressed interests, we might report to a third party that a certain percentage of users are interested in sports.

Again, an interactive agent will never collect personally identifiable information about you except when you knowingly, specifically and voluntarily provide it.

Information for External Uses and Third Party Sites
An agent may occasionally ask you if you want to take advantage of special savings or promotions with third party partners. If you choose to participate, Colloquis may have to share some of your personal information with the third party. You will always have the right and the opportunity to decline such offers, in which case none of your information will be shared. Also, if you wish to access certain products or services through an agent, we may have to disclose your information to the third party involved. Again, you will always be able to prevent your information from being used for such purposes. In addition, any third party with which your information is shared will be obligated to use it only for its stated purposes and will not be allowed to disclose it otherwise.

If you reach the Web site or service of a third party through a link or other guiding tool delivered by an interactive agent, Colloquis is not responsible for the privacy or information-gathering practices or content of these other Web sites and we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any information of yours that may be disclosed or gathered on such Web sites. By accessing Web sites from a link presented by an agent, you may be disclosing your private information, and it is your responsibility to keep such information private and confidential once you reach such sites.

Our Security Measures
Colloquis has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of the information under our control. We host our servers in a secure environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and integrity, and ensure the appropriate use of your information. Because you access interactive agents through the instant messaging services of third parties, we are not and cannot be responsible for the privacy policies, information-gathering practices or security measures of these third parties and we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any information of yours that may be disclosed or gathered thereby.

Deleting Your Information and Opting Out
Colloquis interactive agents give you the ability to delete your information at any time through the IM window. Depending on an agent's specific services, you may make requests such as "delete location" to delete your stored geographic location, "delete portfolio" to delete your stock quote portfolio, and so on.

You can delete all stored information by sending the interactive agent the message "delete me." This is the way to completely opt out of any Colloquis interactive agent.

Note: If you send any more messages to the interactive agent after opting out, the agent will consider you a new user and store your screen name once again.

Outsourcing, Sale of the Business and Legal Processes
On occasion, Colloquis may outsource the processing of data to an independent company, but in such cases the independent company would not be given the right to disclose or use user information except for purposes instructed by us in compliance with this privacy policy. This privacy policy discusses Colloquis' information practices in the ordinary course of our business. We may, and reserve the right to, transfer all data in our possession to a successor-in-interest to our businesses or assets. We will obey and respond to all appropriate court orders, subpoenas or other legal processes requiring that we reveal or turn over information about your usage of Colloquis agents.

Children's Privacy Policy

Colloquis, Inc. takes the privacy of children very seriously.

Colloquis interactive agents do not collect contact information from users identified as children under age 13 without prior parental consent or direct parental notification of the nature and intended use of this information, which shall include an opportunity for the parent to prevent use of the information and participation in the activity. This online contact information shall only be used to directly respond to the child's request and shall not be used to re-contact the child for other purposes without prior parental consent.

We do not distribute to third parties any individually identifiable information collected from a user identified as a child under age 13 without prior parental consent.

We do not give the ability to users identified as children under age 13 to publicly post or otherwise distribute individually identifiable contact information without prior parental consent.

We will not entice a user identified as a child under age 13 by the prospect of a special game, prize or other activity, to divulge more information than is needed to participate in that activity.
